Full-time or part-time · Campbell, San Jose, Fremont and Redwood City, CA
Provide one-on-one behavior intervention and skill training for children, under BCBA supervision.
Carry out each child's treatment plan across communication, social, learning and daily-living skills.
Teach and guide in natural settings — the way our naturalistic ABA approach works best.
Collect session data, track each child's progress and share what you're seeing with the team.
Take part in team trainings and regular BCBA supervision.
Patient, responsible, and genuinely happy to spend your day with children.
Psychology, education, child development, social work, special education — or simply a real interest in ABA.
Good communication and teamwork — with children, families and your colleagues.
Relevant experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide structured, paid training.
Because the quality of a child's therapy never rises above the quality of the person delivering it.
Structured onboarding from day one — not a handbook and good luck.
We cover the exam fees for your RBT and other relevant certifications.
BCBA team supervision, regular training and feedback you can actually use.
You change a child's day, and often a whole family's week.
You should know what year three looks like before you accept year one.
You start here. Paid training, shadowing, then your own sessions with a supervisor close by.
We cover the coursework hours and exam fee, and your supervisor signs off on your competency assessment.
