Provide one-on-one behavior intervention and skill training for children, under BCBA supervision.
Carry out each child's treatment plan across communication, social, learning and daily-living skills.
Teach and guide in natural settings — the way our naturalistic ABA approach works best.
Collect session data, track each child's progress and share what you're seeing with the team.
Take part in team trainings and regular BCBA supervision.
Patient, responsible, and genuinely happy to spend your day with children.
Psychology, education, child development, social work, special education — or simply a real interest in ABA.
Good communication and teamwork — with children, families and your colleagues.
Relevant experience is a plus, but it is not required. We provide structured, paid training.
